Well the Chiefs got the breaks needed to get into the playoffs this year. Do you think that Lamar Hunt had anything to do with this wild weekend? The Chiefs needed to win and have 3 teams loose, the Broncos, Bengals and Titans, to get in. Now they get to go play the Colts, maybe some revenge for twice loosing to them here in the playoffs.

I have my first goal for 2007, DELEGATE. I was working on something at work today and it struck me that I need to give my guys more responsibility. I know this will be tough, having to make them redo things that are not done correctly. In the long run it will be better for everyone, me and the guys as well as the company. The old saying of "if you want something done right do it yourself" was also my motto. 2007 will be the beginning of a new motto, I just have to find out what that will be.

With each new year everyone makes resolutions. I will be working on my in the next week or so. One of them will be to use this forum to express my thoughts and feelings. I said the same thing earlier this year, so only time will tell if I improve.
